Guests have access to the fitness centre/spa which includes a massive gym and pool. Very family friendly.

The restaurant and bar staff are always ready to help, and the food was unbelievable, first class.with the menu changed each day.

The decor and furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. We have stayed before and hope to return. The food is well cooked and presented. The staff put in 100% to ensure guests are happy. With a outdoor swimming pool, Norfolk Hotel is just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of St Helier and the picturesque Howard Davis Park. A really great place to stay. The staff was amazing. The front desk people helped me with alot of logistics for my travels, they were so patient and supportive, I wish every hotel were like that! The pool is nice, if weather allows. Location is great, fifteen minutes to the port. The rooms facing the back are quieter.
