Jeg kunne godt lide selve Santorini øen men hotellet, billederne snyder, du får ikke hvad du ser på billederne. Værelserne er mega kolde, der er ikke roomservice og atter noget så simpelt som badekåbe for man ikke. Sidste dag bedte jeg dem om at bestille en taxa der aldrig kom...

Opholdet var lige hvad vi havde brug for. Personalet var hjælpsomme i både hotelanliggende og for eksempel booking af aktiviteter på Santorini. Morgenmaden var dejlig og poolområdet ligeledes. Kan varmt anbefale Hermes Hotel.

Hyggeligt og roligt hotel, tæt på Firas by. Man kan nemt komme til spisestederne og seværdigheder. Personalet på hotellet var enormt hjælpsomme især Luka som forklarer alt man skal vide om Santorini.

Fantastisk hotel med skønne værelser og dejligt pool område. Så fin indretning og virkeligt sødt personale. dette er helt sikkert stedet, vi vil bo, næste gang vi besøger Santorini med børn.

The property was lovely, minimalistic and clean. The grounds/outside are well kept and considering the location being close to the airport - we barely heard/noticed the planes. A fantastic stay for us and the staff could not have been more helpful!

I like Everything here.. from the staff to the room, view, food & facilities.. they even give me an upgrade room to seaview.. that room was spectacular.. also they accept my request to late check out.. I personally recommend travelers to come n enjoy stay here

Great property for a couple get away! The staff is amazing

This hotel is in a wonderful location looking out over the caldera. The room was a good size with a very comfy bed,massive bath and excellent separate shower. A kettle was supplied on request. Tasty,generous breakfast provided. Fantastic,helpful staff. Could not fault the hotel.

The location is perfect. Exceptional hotel with the best view of the caldera. Best spot for watching the sunset. Imerovigli is less busy than Fira, more quite. The room was fantastic, big bathroom, very clean, traditional ''cycladic'' architecture. Having breakfast every morning on the balcony with the view over the caldera was amazing. Just in front of the hotel there is a walking path connecting Oia with Fira, which is really nice for morning walks/running.

Everything! Comfort, style, luxury. Hosts were very accommodating. They stayed awake late into the night to ensure that our checkin was smooth. The view from the top is beautiful. The style of the buildings are what you want in Santorini.

We had the most unforgettable stay at Charisma Suites in Santorini! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the sheer beauty of this place. The Honeymoon Suite we stayed in was absolutely superb and exceeded all our expectations. The room was tastefully decorated, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. We were greeted with a stunning view of the caldera right from our private terrace, and it felt like a dream come true. Waking up to the picturesque sunrise and unwinding with breathtaking sunsets made our stay truly magical. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure that every moment of our stay was special. The service was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. While we loved everything about Charisma Suites, we must admit that the abundance of stairs both within the hotel and throughout Santorini was a bit challenging. However, we soon realized that these steps were a small price to pay for the awe-inspiring views and the unique charm of this island. Overall, Charisma Suites offered us an unforgettable experience in Santorini. We can't recommend this place enough for couples seeking a romantic and luxurious getaway. It is probably the best location for a luxurious hotel experience with spectacular views and sunsets in Santorini. And the design and decor are just wonderful. But the true advantage of this hotel is the manager Mr. Manos and his staff which will make a stay exceptionally special and unforgetful. And don‘t miss booking a day cruise on the hotel‘s own Van Dutch 44 which will let you see Santorini from a different perspective. Again, special thanks to Mr. Manos and his great character who made the trip with all our requests so special that we would return just for him to Santorini and Cavo Tagoo.

The pool, spa, breakfast, employees, rooms… all were outstanding! The beach property is beautiful with delectable cushions and service for your every need, but with the lovely saltwater pool, I scarcely wanted to leave the pool to go to the beach side of the property! Our plunge pool was perfect for an evening dip after a long day, and the staff took excellent care of us from the time we stepped out of our car. Going above and beyond they were friendly and kind and very responsive. 15/10 !

Kivotos has the best location and hotel rooms in Imerovigli. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which has it’s own terrace and unimpeded view of the caldera and sunset. The staff are all brilliant and made us feel very welcome. The included breakfast is also excellent and you have the option to have this in the restaurant or as room service. We will be coming back again!
