There is a tree frangipani constantly throwing out lots of White and yellow full of fragrant flowers down to the green grass lawn and the trail, romantic is in the air, birds come go, at night The smell of the flower it gets even more intense, you can sit by the bungalow sipping your favorite drink watching the fun things in the pool while reminded by the sweet frangipani flowers smell. We enjoyed the bed and the paintings on the wall. The hot water boiler is powerful. It’s also very lovely and happy to see the staffs spontaneously teasing and having fun with each other while working.

An absolute 5 star stay! My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa's are completely out of this world, so beautiful and are equipped with absolutely everything you need. The view from the villa over Patong is insane! Each and every staff member was incredible! They are all so friendly and accommodating. They were so helpful, nothing was too much! The cats were also very welcoming. My daughters fell in love with all of them instantly ❤️ The villa's sit on top of quite a steep hill, but getting up there was no problem at all. All the tuk tuk drivers around Patong know the place and we found it great fun getting up there, having a laugh with the drivers when they made it to the top! All in all, Patong is an amazing place and we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. I would recommend staying a Three Monkey Villa's 1000% Thank you to everyone there who made our holiday so special. We will be back!

We missed the last ferry to Phi Phi and had to make a last minute booking for one night in Phuket Town from the taxi - the staff accommodated our sudden arrival. The unit (it’s more like an apartment than a hotel room) is exactly as pictured (the decor is amazing) and is really great value for money as it so much cheaper than a hotel in Patong. The unit has a small equipped kitchenette which makes it stand out if you’re staying for a few days. Great location in the middle of a great neighbourhood in Phuket Town. Would highly recommend a stay at 125 Baan.

That was super lovely and we highly appreciate it. The location was also great, the nearest 711 is just on the opposite side and only need to walk for 20 steps to get there :)) Also, they have a fully equipped shared kitchen (they have a washing machine here), separate shared toilets/ bathrooms for males and females, and a drying room upstairs. It was so so so good! I will come back and stay here if I have a chance to come back!

I had an issue with my room and it was obvious that the entire team knew it ,, and all worked really hard to solve it and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Staff were really warm, helpful and friendly. The location was not far from the old town, off a main street where a few food shops, cafe, laundrette, banks and 7-11 convenient store are close by. My room was very comfy and clean. Services were great for a budget hotel.

Amazing place with great facilities, stylish designer rooms. Staff attentive to details and very helpful. Resort is full of small details that make the stay special - fruits in the room, complimentary small refreshers served at the swimming pool area periodically, impeccable cleanliness. Alessandro was of great hospitality, took us to the swimming pool area and offered drinks while we were waiting for the check-in - great touch and amazing service. Overall - kudos to the Team, I am looking forward to be back. Don’t even mention how beautiful the site is.
