What a fantastic studio apartment!!! Absolutely stunning view!! We just loved our stay in paradise! The studio apartment was beautiful, immaculate, and had everything we needed. We also had the chance to meet the lovely property manager who was incredibly kind and made sure our stay was just perfect. Would absolutely go back in a heartbeat!

The Access to the apartment / "handover of the keys" is uncomplicated. The apartment is very modern and well maintained and the air conditioning is a big plus!! Only access to the apartment requires climbing almost 100 steps. Which in itself isn't a problem. Only physically disabled people would have a hurdle here.

This is a dream house in Bora Bora. I loved that the ocean was just steps away from the back gate. Best place for breathtaking sunset pictures! Gorgeous. The nearest grocery store is just 10 min walk, so are restaurants and a public beach. We all loved spending hours snorkeling on the beach, and we even saw a couple of stingrays. The concierge was fantastic and she arranged taxis for us upon our arrival and departure. She also gave us tips of where to go shopping. We had a few meals at the house and everything was in working order. I did laundry there too and so glad they provided detergent. Thanks for an amazing stay!

It felt like we spent time at a good friends' place, although the location of the studio at the back of their property provides some independence. Probably the best value in Bora Bora! Plenty of good tips from Sophia and Franck, notably for hikes, excursions, etc. Sophia helped us pick up some things with her car, and was extremely accommodating, for which we are very grateful! You also get a small but appreciated % discount with Avis, from whom we rented a scooter, which is a nice way to discover the island (we reckoned the bikes were too slow and the cars too cumbersome given the size of the island, as opposed to Mo'orea). Excellent bed, and relatively quiet setting, away from the main road, which helped me sleep like a log (admittedly, unless you sleep with earplugs like me, you may hear some cocks or dogs from far away, but it is the same for all the islands in French Polynesia). Brand new and clean. Good room temperature (in June), the ceiling fan helps. Plenty of storage. Bonus: You get one of the greatest experiences in Bora Boara by using the 30% discount they offer on the parasailing activity (as it is actually run by Franck, Sophia's husband). And do yourself a favour, go for the 300m rope, 25 min ride!

On nice days the view of the ocean water was incredible. Beautiful aqua water within a nice rich blue color. We also liked watching and listening to planes at the airport.
