ART B&B provides beachfront accommodations in Blackpool. The property is close to Coral Island, Blackpool Winter Gardens Theatre and Winter Gardens Conference Centre. ArtBB was fabulous. The small cozy bar was lovely and the view was amazing over the beach. The two lads that run the BB were so friendly and chatty . Room was small but so clean and warm and had everything needed. Price was too good to be true but actually was true. Anyone going to Blackpool that want stay somewhere nice and modern shud stay here. Best of luck in the future ArtBB

The rooms were bright, clean and overlooked a lovely little court yard. There was a nice touch of there being a free continental breakfast which was unexpected. We only saw one member of staff while there as only stayed for a couple of nights, but he was very friendly and helpful and made sure our bags were in our room when we came back to check in. Would definitely stay there again 👍

We are in the middle of a valley.
We are in the middle of a valley. surrounded by green hills and many interesting walks. We are also very close to good shopping towns and only 20 miles north of Manchester which is a great city. Although we do get our fair share of inclement weather, when the sun shines it is very picturesque. we did have a textile museum very close by but with the cuts this has had to close. Sad but true a lot of amenities are being lost to us. However if you know where to look there is a great deal of history around this area and we are also not far from the Ribble Valley and Lancashire Witch Country. There are also plenty of mill shop outlets if you are looking for a bargain.

The staff is very friendly. We arrived early, 2 hours before check-in and the room was already ready. The hotel is very clean. The room was daily tidy and clean up. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to UCLAN (University of Central Lancashire) and to Preston city center. I recommend this hotel especially to parents who come to visit their children, students at UCLAN, as is our case.

Extra shout out to the lady called Sam on the desk, my partner and I was very impressed by how helpful polite friendly, excellent customer service, a true professional at her job.
